Egmont, Denmark’s leading media group is seeking an ambitious, structured and proactive person with strong analytical skills to join the M&A team within Egmont’s Corporate Finance.
Business cases, valuation and project management in connection with investments and M&A

We focus on acquisitions within new growth areas, digitisation and enhancement of our existing core businesses. In this position your primary work of expertise will be to support M&A and investment for the strategic direction of Egmont’s business units (Nordisk Film, Egmont Publishing, TV2 Norway and Books as well as new areas). Work areas include preparation of business cases, valuation and potentially other aspects of M&A projects such as project management, coordination of due diligences as well as participation in strategic presentations for Group Management and the Board. You will be exposed to changing assignments and sometimes unpredictable work days in an international environment and an ever-changing media landscape.
A natural part of this position is close cooperation with our divisions and other corporate functions such as Corporate Strategy & Development and Corporate Legal as well as external parties, and it is essential that you are able to address key issues and remain focused.
Corporate Finance (covers M&A, Treasury and Procurement) is a small department with great ambitions, and, above all, we want to excel in our core disciplines and to assist our divisions in realising their goals.
