Key Account Manager

Nordisk Film Interactive is the official distributor of Sony PlayStation in the Nordic region and the Baltic countries. We see continuous growth in our business, and through a new partnership with Activision/Blizzard we will broaden our portfolio with strong software content, so we have very high ambitions for the coming years. To support our success and ambitious growth agenda we are looking for a business oriented Key Account Manager with a solid expertise within and passion for one of the world´s leading technology brands.

Nordisk Film Interactive is a Nordic business with headquarters in Denmark, and local offices in each country. The position is located in Copenhagen and ability to travel will be required.

About the job

You will be responsible for sales and development of your own accounts in Denmark and Nordic together with the manager and the rest of the team.

More specifically your role as KAM includes:

  • Responsibility for some of our biggest accounts
  • Account forecasting
  • Marketing planning
  • Sales and sales development throughout the whole sales channel
  • Building a long term relationship with the clients
  • Maximizing sales and enhancing brand equity for the key accounts (distributors and chains)
  • Taking responsibility throughout the whole sales process
  • Increasing local representation of PlayStation and gathering market information

The ideal candidate

You already have a few years of experience as Account Manager or Key Account Manager from another position. As a person, you are positive, proactive and structured with a logical approach. You have well-developed strong social skills and you possess the energy and drive that will make you thrive in an industry continuously driven by innovation and changes in consumer behaviour.

Furthermore, we prefer that you: 

  • Have a relevant academic background or higher education – alternatively you are a bachelor with solid practical experience
  • Have experience within Sales in KAM role, preferably from the electronics industry
  • Have experience from commercial presales to enterprises
  • Have experience from working in an international company
  • Have a proven track record in ability to generate business
  • Have a good understanding for channels
  • Have a good network in the channels as well as with the key customers in the market
  • Are a strong personal communicator with excellent collaborative and negotiation skills
  • Are a super user of Excel and PowerPoint as well as fluent in Danish and English (orally and in writing)
